Privity AI, Corp. ("Privity," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting your personal information and informing you about how we use it. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy" or "Policy") is intended to provide information to our users ("you" or "your") about how we collect, protect, share, and use your information when you use our mobile application (the "App") and any products and services offered through the App (collectively, the "Services"). 1.2 Automatically Collected Information

Log Data: When you use our Services, our servers may automatically log information provided by your device, such as your device's IP address, browser type, pages visited, time and date of your visit, and other details about your usage.
Device Data: We may automatically collect data about your device, such as device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, device settings, and geo-location data.

3. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that their child has provided us with personal information without their consent, they should contact us at [email protected]. We will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably practicable.

4. Data Retention

For Generative Content, we may automatically delete it within 90 days of receipt or generation. We may also use the Generative Content to train our models, unless you email us at [email protected] with instructions not to do so.
